Once upon a time,
I got this feeling,
Something started,
Growing inside me,
Soon we found out,
That there were two,
Two of you together,
Inside my womb.

You two grew each month,
From embryo to little bones,
Soon you were cuddling,
Making noises and shuffling,
It was difficult at times,
To sustain with you guys,
Your existence gave us strength,
Helped us through tough times.

The days became longer,
And nights were sleepless,
Soon we knew it was time,
When you were gonna be with us,
The air was surrounded,
With Nervousness and anxiety,
Soon we got to hear,
Your loud and deep cry.

It was 'THE' moment,
We will never ever forget,
Tears of joy,
You made the happiness spread,
Our cute little bundles,
Were now out in the world,
You made us realize,
How lovable cries could sound.

From seeing you sleeping,
Those slow long hours,
From your sweet little grins,
To big hearty laughs,
From coo coo sounds,
To ma ma, pa pa,
Soon you took over,
Everything we had so far.

From our mighty arms,
To the sweepy floors,
Soon you were crawling,
On your knees and tiny toes,
From your toothless smiles,
To sharp whitey teeth,
Soon it became a challenge,
To change your diapers clean.

Now you are up and running,
Exploring the world around,
With your little hands and feet,
You have treasures to be found,
Soon you would be,
writing your own story,
Soon you would be,
Holding the keys to glory.

We wish you would find,
Happiness and joy,
In everything you do,
Without thinking why,
As being happy is the mystery,
We got to know from you,
