Time to be a HERO! (in self isolation)

We are in a time,
where we are questioning,
Our abilities, our doings,
while being in quarantine.
Time is testing us,
our movements, our beliefs,
Challenging our patience,
our fears and our griefs.
This is when we all,
need to rise up and shine,
Combat the fears within,
and win this fight.
It doesn't matter where you are,
who you are and what you do,
We all can wear capes now,
Its Time to be a HERO!

Its that era,
when wise men say,
The only way to win it,
is to take it day by day.
When there is no way out,
go deep with in,
When the going gets tough,
just stay put in.
Go back to your roots,
follow the old ways,
Do whatever it takes,
and save this day.

Simple things are often,
hardest to do,
With strong will and courage,
we shall sail this through.
Plan the day -> schedule it,
follow -> and then repeat,
Don't be harsh on yourself,
get some fresh air treat.
Meditate once a day,
for the peace of mind,
Be gentle in your actions,
stay calm and be kind.

We are all together in this,
yet we feel alone in our space,
Soon the tables would turn,
and things would fall in place.
Hope for the better times,
pray for the most "vulnerable",
its time to be a HERO!
time to show your mettle.

Jo aankhon ki nazar mein aata hai, woh dekhte hain,
Jo zubaan par daud lagata hai, woh bolte hain,

Aankhein andhi aur zubaan tang hai,
Kaano tak sirf dhak dhak hi pahunch paati hai,
Dil ki baat aakhir kisse samajh mein aati hai.

Neki kar dariya mein daal to suna hoga,
Ussi dariya mein dil apni chaabi dhundhta hoga,
Doosron ki sunte karte, yeh dariya bhar diya humne,
Iss bhanwar mein phans kar, yeh kya kar diya humne.

Kabhi sindbad bane,
Toh kabhi hanuman jaise ud chale,
Kabhi aladin ka chiraag dhundhne,

Woh khawaab kahin phir phurr ho gaye,
Nadaan bachon se, na jaane kab bade ho gaye,
Chutta peeche chamakti aankhon ka rela,
Khatam hue kisse saare, dil reh gaya akela,
Laga taala, chaabi dariya mein di daal,
Peeche mud kar na dekha, kya hua dil ka haal.

Ab sirf dhak dhak ko hi dhadhkan bolte hain,
Aksar kinaare reh kar hum dil ki chaabi tattolte hain.
