Time to be a HERO! (in self isolation)

We are in a time,
where we are questioning,
Our abilities, our doings,
while being in quarantine.
Time is testing us,
our movements, our beliefs,
Challenging our patience,
our fears and our griefs.
This is when we all,
need to rise up and shine,
Combat the fears within,
and win this fight.
It doesn't matter where you are,
who you are and what you do,
We all can wear capes now,
Its Time to be a HERO!

Its that era,
when wise men say,
The only way to win it,
is to take it day by day.
When there is no way out,
go deep with in,
When the going gets tough,
just stay put in.
Go back to your roots,
follow the old ways,
Do whatever it takes,
and save this day.

Simple things are often,
hardest to do,
With strong will and courage,
we shall sail this through.
Plan the day -> schedule it,
follow -> and then repeat,
Don't be harsh on yourself,
get some fresh air treat.
Meditate once a day,
for the peace of mind,
Be gentle in your actions,
stay calm and be kind.

We are all together in this,
yet we feel alone in our space,
Soon the tables would turn,
and things would fall in place.
Hope for the better times,
pray for the most "vulnerable",
its time to be a HERO!
