For Our First !! (On behalf of Nivaan and Nishika to their teachers)

Hi There,
We may not remember,
The first day we walked in here.
Yet, we are making memories,
They will forever be cherished.

We were shy,
And we used to cry,
You were the first,
Who held our hands,
You were the ones,
Who became our first friends.

You made us realize,
That outside world is fun,
And that we are together,
In this game of laugh and learn.

You give us support,
When we need it the most,
You let ourselves loose,
Until we may not get lost.

You teach us the basics,
You tell us the life's lessons,
How to do little things better,
Help us build a strong foundation.

There is no thanks enough,
For your love, care and trust,
You made our first steps,
As memorable as it must.
